    Description

Precast concrete magnets are revolutionizing the entire precast concrete industry by making the production process efficient and cost-effective. Traditionally, formwork is welded, drilled, etc., which is extremely damaging to the steel platform. QCM has successfully developed and manufactured our shuttering magnet to solve this problem.

Are the workers in the concrete prefabrication plant tired of the repetitive template construction work involving pouring, drilling holes, screwing in screws, or nailing in nails to position the side panels? This type of work, which is both tiring and inefficient, should be optimized. Using a precast concrete shuttering magnet is an ideal choice. The shuttering magnet simplifies the template assembly process by placing the magnet in the desired position to be fixed. Pressing the switch button immediately activates strong magnetic attraction to secure the template. After proficiently using the shuttering magnet to secure the template, the process will be 70% faster than the previous manual nailing process.

Dismantling the precast concrete shuttering magnet is also quick. Use the matching pry bar to lift the switch button. As the bottom magnetic disc separates from the steel platform, it loses its magnetic attraction. Subsequently, the workers were able to remove the precast concrete shuttering magnet and complete the demolding work. If you are accustomed to using precast concrete magnet, you will notice that the work environment has also become more organized. Since there is no welding involved, the entire concrete pouring bed platform will be smoother and cleaner. It is also beneficial for extending the service life of the mold table.

The outer layer of the precast magnet is wrapped in a  stainless steel layer to protect the core of the entire device, which is the magnet. Neodymium iron boron magnets are known for their strong magnetic force, but they are also very brittle and prone to  breakage. Therefore, in the process of magnet protection, the magnet is generally coated with an outer layer. In addition, a layer of stainless steel is required as the outermost protective barrier. In a working environment, magnetic boxes are easily susceptible to  water, concrete, iron filings, and small metal objects. With the protection of the stainless steel outer layer, it will help shield the magnet from 90% of the damage. We also need to remind users to do a good job of cleaning after removing the shuttering magnet so that it can work better next time.

The two black hex screws on the top of the shuttering magnet box are used to secure additional adapters. With these tools, workers can repair a wider variety of design templates. For example, in an L-shaped steel template, the two drilled holes at the bottom are fixed with hexagonal screws. This setup allows for adjusting the height of the side baffle to accommodate pouring higher specification precast concrete components.
