The magnet is protected by a carbon steel shell and ferrule, and its 16 neodymium magnets amplify the magnetic power. It's compatible with steel or wooden formwork frames and can be used with an adapter for flexibility. The magnet also includes top-grade screws for secure connections and a seamless design to prevent particle intrusion during production.

    A shuttering magnet that has been verified in countless concrete precast plant productions and has been proven to be safe and efficient. Workers can twist up 3-4 magnet boxes (1300kg suction series) at a time with their hands and place them on the steel platform. As the button on the top of the box is pressed, the magnet block in the box is pressed down and fits seamlessly with the steel table. At this time, the precast magnet releases a huge magnetic force that can firmly fix the concrete frame. As can be seen from the schematic diagram below, this is a step precast concrete magnet. The uniquely designed notch groove is used to press down the edge of the frame.

    Shuttering Magnet Description

    As the main force of the new upgraded products, the shuttering magnet for concrete formwork 1600kg series has large magnetic force and excellent reusability and durability. It has a beautiful appearance, with a carbon steel shell and a ferrule to double protect the fragile magnet. The magnetic matrix consists of 16 permanent strong magnets (neodymium magnets) to amplify the power of the activated magnet. It works on all concrete frames, including steel or wooden formwork frames. The combined operation with the adapter is more flexible. The 12.9 top-grade screws used to connect the adapter have high hardness and tensile strength. Its Rockwell hardness (HRC) can reach between 39-44 and its tensile strength can reach 1220N/mm2. Therefore, the screws can ensure an unbreakable connection with the adapter and provide strong support for the production of precast concrete components. The seamless design of the precast wall production magnet is also a highlight of the product. The product designers strive to minimize the gap to avoid the intrusion of small particles such as concrete, fine sand, and iron filings during the production process.
